Jude Henry

Jude is experienced in a variety of exercise programs; Clinical Kinesiology (H.BSc (H.K.), Rehab Exercise Therapy (RET L1), Ontario Boxing Association – Olympic Boxing Coach L1, Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer and most recently Yoga Instructor -200RYT. Jude is obsessed with biomechanics, posture and alignment.  Physical activity and movement has always been important to her but became paramount following a sports injury and chronic pain. After several surgeries, she realized that traditional exercise was not sufficient. During her search to ease her own pain, she discovered various exercise methods that worked for her and for her clients.  

Past Lives Include: Lifeguard and swimming Instructor, Horseback riding instructor, Return to Work Coordinator, Box ON Instructor, Overseas Trailing Spouse of Long Term Volunteer… 

Current Interests: Manual and Movement Therapies through the lens of Connective Tissue and Myofascial Meridians, Flow State Psychology regarding Mental Health, Addiction and Aging. Creative ways to upcycle plastics and reduce them in landfills.  

My life experience has led me to this philosophy.   Every ‘body’ is unique, movement is not an option, and fitness can and ‘should’ be fun.  I would like to introduce you to a new way of thinking about your body and its ability to achieve freer movement
