 Hey BoFIT Soldiers! I'm Amber, a dedicated fitness professional passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential. With an Advanced Diploma in Fitness & Lifestyle Management from George Brown College and a decade of experience in the fitness industry, including nearly seven years in Toronto's Corporate Fitness space, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every session.


Since moving back home to London in 2019, I've been committed to building a strong, supportive fitness community. Whether through personal training, group classes, or specialized coaching, my goal is to instill confidence and empower you to crush your health and wellness goals.


To me, movement is more than just sweat; it's connection, growth, and finding that next level within yourself. I strive to bring passion and community together, helping athletes of all levels build strength from the inside out.  Meet Roberto Montes a husband and father of 4. , Roberto is a dedicated and passionate Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer with a deep love for health, wellness, and an active lifestyle. With a strong focus on family well-being, Roberto is committed to helping individuals and families achieve optimal health through nutrition and fitness.


As a Holistic Nutritionist, Roberto believes in nourishing the body with wholesome, nutrient-rich foods. With a family of four of his own, Roberto understands the unique nutritional needs and challenges that families face in today's fast-paced world. By creating customized meal plans and providing practical strategies, Roberto helps families make healthier choices, improve eating habits, and establish a foundation for lifelong wellness.


In addition to being a Holistic Nutritionist, Roberto is also a certified Personal Trainer. With a passion for physical activity and a firm belief in its transformative power. What up! I’m Nikkie! I competed in Weightlifting for 9 years, and volunteered with the Ontario Weightlifting Association for 10 years. This grew my passion into coaching youth, elite and master’s athletes. My Weightlifting career led me to owning my small photography business (captured in kilos) and achieving my Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching certification with NASM. I have worked with athletes that came from other backgrounds in sports such as volleyball, hockey and gymnastics. With my knowledge and history in teaching, I have always been passionate about helping others to be successful in their goals and to enjoy the realm of fitness.  .

With close to 15 years into the fitness game and still lifting like it’s day one. Hey! I’m Sandra and I’m excited about joining the Bofit Soldiers. With my background from Fanshawe College’s FHP Program with a CSEP-CPT and as an athlete, my life has revolved around elevating clients for performance, and also for longevity.  I’ve had the privilege of working with those who just want to function better in their day to day activities to those wanting to join specific forces (paramedics, police officers) and most recently supporting youth athletes through movement and development.

I believe movement is a key component in people’s lives to function appropriately and I would love to be the one to support you!
