Welcome to Muscle Building 101! Muscle building or Hypertrophy training is a form of strength training focused on increasing muscle size rather than strength. It involves lifting weights in a way that stimulates muscle growth by targeting specific muscle groups in a more isolated form with moderate to high volume and moderate to high intensity. The goal is to put more emphasis on each muscle specifically to create the stimulus for growth! Hypertrophy training is commonly used by fitness enthusiasts and athletes aiming to increase muscle mass and improve aesthetic.
